The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases. The Greater Los Angeles & Orange County Chapter serves the Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Kern, and San Luis Obispo counties, and the state of Hawaii.

Make-A-Wish is one of the world's leading children's charities, serving children in every community in the United States and its territories. With the help of generous donors and more than 28,000 volunteers, Make-A-Wish grants a wish somewhere in the country every 35 minutes. It has granted more than 300,000 wishes in the U.S. since its inception in 1980.Founded in 1983, the Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles chapter has brightened the lives of nearly 10,000 children living in the communities across Los Angeles County. Annually, the chapter grants over 300 wishes for local children.
