Business Development- Drive business development activities to expand funded work from existing or new clients focused on health policy, Medicaid, and value-based care.- Maintain a pipeline of potential projects that align with public policy and Medicaid objectives.Client Management- Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements related to health policy and strategic planning.- Gather and organize information to address policy issues or improve healthcare procedures.- Analyze data to identify and understand issues impacting health policy and business strategies.- Present findings and provide advice, implementation plans, and suggestions for policy and business improvement.- Evaluate and adjust to client needs in the public policy and healthcare sectors.- Ensure all deliverables related to policy and business are high-quality.Project Management- Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicaid and other health policy projects.- Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address identified issues and needs.- Develop tools, analysis, frameworks, tracking tools, roadmaps, dashboards, and other project management approaches for public policy and healthcare projects.Leadership- Lead and contribute to teams, provide feedback and development, and advance internal initiatives.- Serve as a mentor for staff members in the areas of public policy, Medicaid, and strategic planning.
