This journey includes the automation in CRM systems of ABM strategies, one-to-many activities, carefully tailored for each stage of the funnel, such as SEO and SEM, social media, online and offline events, PR, influencers, thought leadership content generation, customer education, and customer engagement programs, among others. I am responsible and accountable for the results of all the marketing campaigns rolled out. I report not only on the marketing-related metrics, such as the number of leads generated, opens, clicks or followers, but also on sales metrics such as ROI, CAC, and LTV, that have a direct impact on the company´s results.
