I managed the start-up of ALFA in 2009 and my business (Impactiv8) is responsible for the day-to-day management of this not-for-profit association. Whilst I hold the Executive Officer position, my team are responsible for the majority of the implementation for this contract. In this position I use my business and finance, project management, relationship development and social media skills and expertise to increase membership numbers, provide quality member services and advocate on behalf of the industry.

Part of Social Media Examiner's Community Management team in the lead up to the 2016 & 2017 Social Media Marketing World and Social Media Success Summit events. Helping to manage the Facebook Event Pages and LinkedIn Groups for these two events, making sure that all the people in the Southern Hemisphere are getting responses to all their questions in a timely manner. Case Manager for Cricket Australia, Gymnastics Australia, Athletics Australia and Tennis Australia, providing advice on the development and implementation of sport specific Disability Action Plans, including the development of inclusive strategies and education programs, establishment of partnership agreements between National Sporting Organisation’s and National Sporting Organisations for people with a disability and identifying pathways for people with a disability within each sport.

Governance - Key tasks included, strategic planning, staff management, committee liaison, establishing office procedures, developing a corporate image and leading the organisation to work more closely with Swimming Australia.Project Management - I coordinated all Special Projects undertaken by the organisation, including membership and participation research initiatives, revision of national office IT infrastructure, development of resources to support the national registration database and website maintenance.Communications - Developed and managed all MSA communications, including website, social media, quarterly newsletters and annual reports.Course Design - I development of all Coaching and Officiating Training Programs, including the mapping of competencies against Swimming Australia Training Programs, curriculum design, development of assessment tools and the production of resource manuals and presenter kits. Club Database Project - Project management of a project aimed at gathering up-to-date information on Masters Swimming Clubs throughout Australia to enable more accurate responses to membership enquiries. This project included the development of an audit tool and database, as well as liaison with MSA Branches and Clubs to obtain the required information.

Project Manager - Managed the Skilling Volunteers and Mentoring Volunteers Projects, which involved the training of volunteers as Coaches, Officials and Club Administrators through a variety of workshops and mentoring relationships. Details of involvement included: development of workshop resources, delivery of presenter training, coordination of presenters and mentors, delivery of occasional workshops, database development and maintenance, liaison with State Sporting Associations and Regional Sports Assemblies, budgeting and regular reporting to the Department for Victorian Communities. Workshop Presenter – Present a variety of standard and bespoke workshops, topics including Club Administration, Disability Education and Coaching.(SEV is now part of VICSPORT.)

Managed the High Performance Program for the British Judo Olympic Team and development squads.

Coordinated the World Class Coaching Conference, an invitation only event for elite coaches within the UK.

Managed the Aquatic facility and programs.
