Handled debt-collection and customer service delivery supporting a portfolio of 500 active corporate enterprise accounts with a ~$2m aged trial balance. Embraced the opportunity to participate in projects, discovering my passion for BI. This position allowed me my first foray into the world of Tableau, where I partnered with data engineering to define requirements for Finance Operations’ first Tableau data source and went on to design and develop the team's first reporting suite, visualising aged trial balance and customer interaction reporting.
