-Responsible for supervision and management of 11 professional and 1 support staff for the CaseManagement/Service Coordination unit serving school age children with developmental disabilities -Ensure compliance of State mandates, internal policies and procedures within my unit. -Review/Approve/evaluate written Annual Review and Individualized program plans/reports by casemanagers. -Participate in intra-agency committee to make defendable decision regarding extraordinary servicesrequests -Collaborate with Human Resources and Training and Development departments for recruitment/development, hiring and training process of new case managers/service coordinators -Present to new hires on the topics of Service and Supports, and The Role of the Case Managre/ServiceCoordinator and Person Centered Planning. -Prepare and present, yearly performance review to ongoing staff and bi yearly to new staff -Coordinate the agency’s educational section and develops the narrative and statistical reportsperformance plan to demonstrate areas of need, make recommendations on goals and outcomes forthe following quarter(s), year.
