I was the Dealer-Operator, and my responsibility was to operate the stores to profitability as they would be spun off the manufacture dealer minority program. All dealerships were minority-owned. This position varied during any employment gap. I also consulted for a private used vehicle lease operation.

I worked for the group for approximately 18 years. I started as a technician and rose to the ranks as a service manager and fixed operation director. I left the fixed business side and continued to the variable department. I sold on the line, was finance manager, and was sales manager. I graduated from the NADA Dealer Academy in 2002 and was promoted to GM.
