UniOne-Adwice and Sernet (management consulting), Milan.⦿ For Sernet I lead as Senior Manager projects of Social Responsible Restructuring and due diligence of plants and company branches, in SMEs I lead projects of cost–volume–profit analysis, and process improvements (LEAN implementation, Theory Of Constraints approach for continuous improvement), in all cases with responsibility for budgets, project times and coordination of multidisciplinary work groups.Major achievements: reindustrialization projects for Bekaert Steel Wire, Ideal Standard (sanitary ceramics), Sky TV, due diligence of BMZ-GKS (auxiliary systems for the steel industry).⦿ For UniOne-Adwice, as owner and member of the advisory board, I led projects for SME in the areas cost–volume–profit analysis, sales development. As Senior analyst I was part of the team dedicated to the analysis of IT-TLC structure in public and private companies and data consolidation for the Assinform-Report (most providers-trusted data source for ICT sector in Italy), by continuous professional relationship with CIOs of the main companies in sectors banking, pharma, utility, heavy industry.Major achievements: I realized more than 20 projects of SME reorganization.

Sales manager - I was assigned the task of organizing the new subsidiary for the nine states of the west coast.Major achievements: building the new sales structure, networking with old clients and searching for new ones, price analysis and new policy, product positioning; I also coordinated sales force and logistics in order to participate to local trade shows.

⦿ 2002-10 – 2004-12. Area Manager and after sales service coordinator for Russia, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Greece. I was responsible for budget and project management and supervisor of multidisciplinary teams and local after service managers.Major achievements: new service structure of the Greek branch, sales increase of 33% in the first year and 18% in the second year.⦿ 1999-01 – 2002-09, based in Düsseldorf (DE). During the merger Candy-Hoover I was team leader in the project for after sales service integration of German and Benelux subsidiaries.Major achievements: Germany, back-office organization and project management for the new EDP system. Benelux. I realized a saving program by closing two spare parts warehouses and reducing the service workforce from 13 to 6 units with an OEPX reduction of 20%, by maintaining the same service level. By coordinating the local team, I supervised the selection of new service centers and service agreements. I implemented the new spare parts logistic from Germany to Benelux, and I organized the technical trainings. I also created and implemented an operational plan of the central warehouse in Italy in order to ensure the spare parts delivery in Germany and Benelux during august.

⦿ 1998-01 - 1998-12, based in Vienna (AT). Following the merger Candy-Hoover I was assigned the master plan for the organization of both Austrian after sales subsidiaries.Major achievements: I searched for and selected the new 7 regional service centers, I organized the transfer of the spare parts database, the service agreements, the price list, the failure rate monitoring, the technical training in Italy and the Employer Branding development.⦿ 1996-06 – 1997-12. I was after sales service Area Manager for France, Russia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux, responsible for budget and supervisor of local service managers.Major achievements: I created and implemented an organization improvement that produced a spare parts sales increase by more than 5%. By an analysis of the warehouse lead times I improved its operation flow and reduced the order delay. I realized a corporate identity project and increased the company team awareness.

⦿ 1995-10 – 1995-12. As technical sales engineer, I was pre-sales team member for the GSM radio network for Bouygues Telecom. I supported the sales team by analyzing the RFI of the customers, with the support of R&D too, in order to define the proposal.Major achievements: in order to support the sales force, I prepared the technical documentation for the network design.⦿ 1994-11 – 1995-09. Vice project manager for the production transfer RD23 (GSM technology) from Vimercate to Tourlaville.Major achievements: RD23 production start (a high frequency device, representing an Alcatel excellence) within the record time of 7 months instead of 12 months planned.⦿ 1994-05 – 1994-10. I was selected by the E.U. for the project Comett II promoting the first job experience abroad after graduation. I was team member for the organization of product lines by applying JIT techniques especially for the integrated production of multifrequency cards and modular devices for PABX and backbone.Major achievements: In cooperation with the production manager, whom I reported, I supervised the production lines organization and the factory handling.
