Main Responsibilities:• Responsible for meeting the new goals for delayed projects and ensure a successful implementation. • Manage highly escalated critical accounts, business critical issues to resolution, and returns customers to normal support processes.• Obtain resources to provide a quickly and effective solutions to customers.• Responsibility across North America and LATAM for all incoming escalations.• Sole responsibility to accept and create the initial action plan for the escalations.• Produce statistics and feedback on the trends of the incoming escalations.

Main Responsibilities:• Analysis, diagnostic and resolution of incidents.• Manage customer calls, primary point of contact between internal support teams and On Demand customers.• DBA task like server’s bounces, Datafix application, configuration changes in DB or applications.• Trainner and menthor for new Agile team members.• Trainner and menthor for new employees.

· Manage new projects related geodatabases.· For each project tasks include: Gather, analysis and specification of requirements (UML, Use Cases), documenting, monitoring ongoing project activities, lead meeting with stakeholders and development team, deliver training to end user.· Manage IT department on temporary basis· Model and implement geodatabases· Manage and operate the Chilean Fishing & aquiculture Databases (DBA & DBO)
