I am a Human Resource Manager/Business Partner looking for a new HR Management position in the manufacturing industry. I have many years of HR Management experience working at both R.P. Adams and Diversified Manufacturing. I left my position at Diversified Manufacturing in September 2022 after being contacted by a recruiter for a HR Manager position in Manufacturing in NT. After accepting the offer, and giving my four weeks’ notice, the position I left Diversified Manufacturing for fell through. They called the Friday before I was to start to say they had to place a hold on the position. Since then, I have not found a position that compares to Diversified Manufacturing. Since dealing with the disappointment of the position with Novar not happening, I have been working contract positions. I am very interested in finding a full-time position.I have over 20 years of experience working in a variety of Human Resource Management along with Payroll Administration positions, with an equal number of years of experience working in Executive Administration roles.Over the last 12 years I have worked in company positions requiring me to provide the full spectrum of Human Resources responsibilities, including: benefits administration, payroll, recruiting & hiring, new employee on-boarding & orientations; statutory & regulatory compliance, employee relations, performance evaluations, firm policies & procedures, and training programs, updating company handbook, integrating new payroll systems as well as 401K administration.
