Loan Counselor
Current- Monitor all standard collection procedures according to PHL policy to minimize loan delinquencies.
- Assist mortgagers in bringing their accounts current by contact thru inbound/outbound calls and establish a repayment plan.
- Enter data into the system and update account information
- Process incoming payments over the phone for current and delinquent accounts
- Document and maintain on-line collection history detailing events to bring account current, financial information on accounts that need payment arrangements to help be successful
- Refer all mortgagors who do not have the ability to bring loan current to the Mitigation Department
