KD Media Publishing Ltd is an independent publisher which produces a variety of National publications. My role was to manage the sales of Attire Accessories which is a trade publication dedicated to the fashion industry.

Lota Training was a training service provider working with young people aged 16 – 21. My role was to liaise with local business on a regular basis to try and find a role in their company to place young people who ultimately wanted to gain qualification’s while in a working environment.

Dream Creative Ltd is a growing Publishers based in Chelmsford. I was employed on a temporary contract to oversee the launch and development of Hospitality & Leisure Design which is a new publication devised for the hospitality sector.

KAL Media was an independent publisher which produces three magazines and a bookazine.My role was to implement and develop the company’s advertising strategy both from a business and sales perspective.• Plan workflow.• Identifying and completing priorities in a timely fashion.• Liaise with corresponding personnel and departments to synchronise operations.• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products to provide comprehensible guidance.• Devise and implement sales phone scripts.• Identify opportunities to achieve financial targets and maintain standards.• Generate new business acquisition and retain business loyalty of existing clientele.• Work on strengths and weaknesses within the sales team• Ability to work on multiple initiatives in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment• Build a hard working and dynamic sales team

Aceville Publications is an independent publishing house which produces over 40 publications. As an Advertising Executive my role has included:• Being part of a team that launched a very successful knitting publication, which is now one of the UK’s leading Knitting titles• Being promoted to the flagship magazine, Crafts Beautiful, within 9 months; this is the UK’s leading craft magazine• Establishing regular contact with current clients to build rapport and to book advertising• Sourcing leads via the internet and competitor publications• Attending regular Crafting events to promote Crafts Beautiful and Aceville• Cold calling craft companies in order to introduce Aceville and our service and to find out about their current advertising
