I am currently working between the two job roles of a day to day and a long term consultant. As a long term consultant I am responsible for placing candidates in to roles beyond a four week placement, I work to agree a salary to suit both client and candidate, following a job specification I would contact potential candidates, and arrange trial days. I work in accordance with AWR and we are fully compliant, as are our clients.

As a day to day consultant, I would be responsible for assigning daily bookings to the right candidates, liasing with schools and teachers, under day to day we would have to ensure we could provide cover for training days, sickness and any other miscellaneous days needed by our clients. Due to the nature of our business it is imperative that we provide continuity for our clients so we can keep the disruption to the classroom to a minimum. It was an essential part of my job role to keep up communication with current candidates in order to make sure we found them work. Being part of such a small team enables us to build a fantastic rapport with our clients and candidates and we often receive comments on our personable reputation.

As an administrator I was responsible for thoroughly going through CV's, contacting potential candidates about registering, interviewing prospective candidates, undertaking all security and vetting checks including List 99 checks, DBS certificates and Referencing. On a weekly basis I was responsible for obtaining timesheets for working teachers.

As a Saturday assistant I would cover viewings on properties and provide office cover
