Aidacare is the leading provider of ward-based equipment and rehabilitation products to Aged Care facilities, Hospitals, Physio and Occupational Therapists and private clients in Australia.As UX/UI Lead, I have designed and managed new end-to-end applications projects to help improve efficiency with operations and sales in the company and maintain enhancements for existing customer portals and products to enhance their experience with our services.Responsibilities:• Gather product requirements and accurately create wireframes and prototypes that interface flow, navigation and look and feel using Miro and Figma • Prototype UI designs and interactive mockups through Figma• Creating complete design systems and icon sets for the applications using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma• Collaborate with developers during the development• Conducting and supporting cross-browser, device and platform compatibility at all stages and quality assurance testing• Creating product training materials for employees and clients to assist in the business adoption of new systems.• Proposing and delivering future visions/ solutions to the stakeholders to drive opportunities and change for the application• Handling admin tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly and efficiently• Effectively Worked closely with a cross-functional team including Software Developers, Directors, Client Account Managers, Sales Reps and StakeholdersKey Achievement- Mobile Rep – A mobile app to help sales reps log customer visits and calls, target new customers, raise quotes, and check product prices and stock levels on the go – my first end-to-end software project at Aidacare, used by over 1,000 sales reps nationwide.• Branch Management Platform – An operational platform for branch managers to track items that are in quarantine, transfers, and other areas.

With this in mind, my team and I designed the UX/UI of the platform and assisting the development team with front-end design.- Sampleworx- Our RDD(Random Digital Dialing) service was in need of a new look and a more user-friendly platform, which I project managed and played a major part in the UI/ UX design. - Nestle proposal - With help from various teams in the company, I developed and designed a website proposal for a multi-million project, with an online website developer Webflow within 2 weeks. It was a major achievement for me as I learned to use Webflow in the process of completing this project.- Toyota "One Guest at a Time" Video- Working with Toyota team, I helped edit a video of a campaign which our company help implement into Toyota's Customer Experience Program.-2016 Christmas Campaigns - I help produce and edit a personalised stop-motion Christmas video featuring individual clients' contributions and achievements with our company.
