As an office manager with over 20 years of experience, I have developed a diverse set of skills and competencies in the optical and medical fields. Currently, I manage the daily operations of Richard H. Benninger MD, PC, a busy ophthalmology practice, where I oversee the staff, scheduling, billing, and inventory. I am also ABO and NCLE certified, which allows me to assist patients with their eyewear needs and provide quality customer service. In addition, I work as an office manager at Michigan Street Optical, where I handle the accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks, as well as the optical dispensing and lab work. My mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of both offices, while delivering exceptional care and satisfaction to the patients and clients. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I always strive to improve my performance and productivity.
