Collectively worked with members to develop comprehensive workout programs conducive to meeting their individual and overall health and fitness goals; provided educational training in nutrition and weight loss management; organized mentoring and group accountability activities to motivate and inspire members to reach overall fitness goals and instill the confidence needed to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Secondary duties included the development; procurement and implementation of community outreach campaigns focused on educating consumers on the importance of heath and fitness; membership sales, create opportunities to build brand awareness; managing the daily operation of the club; increasing overall sales of retail products and general administrative duties related to operating a business
