Manage the day-to-day operations and oversight of the portfolio. Serves as the first point of contact for tenants and vendors and responsible for responding to all inquiries or reported property conditions and in compliance with any applicable Service and Lease Agreements. Conduct and document regular property inspections. Review tenant monthly billings, review and approve property reconciliations and adjustments related to CAM, property tax, S&W, and insurance charges. Track, update and maintain various property reports and files. Conduct Tenant move-in/move-outs.
