I have worked for over 23 years in the service/hospitality industry. Many would describe me as extremely motivated, great communication skills, creative, problem solver, ready for challenges, and definitely the glass half full type of leader. My responsibilities in most of my positions have been leadership roles. Training employees to be confident and successful, making sure our customers feel GREAT about being with us, having our stores look their best so we can exceed our company’s service and sales goals.
