Mentor, evaluate and train five managers and twenty supervisors in the operational logistics of the installation and service division of Comcast Big South Region.Host weekly one on one meetings with leaders and monthly skip level meetings with supervisors and frontline employees to ensure all levels of team were in unison delivering the best customer and employee experience.Develop scorecards for workforce to ensure Company goals met and solid indicator for employee performance review.Collaborate with peers in the Big South region to maximize productivity of workforce and ensure customer appointments met. Manage Quota, Field Liaison and Work Order Management teams to support 1400 Technicians in the Big South Amdocs Organization serving seven states. Managed the consolidation of three (3) offices (Greeneville, Knoxville and Chattanooga) into one CommOps facility located in Chattanooga, TN.  Within a 12 month period grew the CommOps organization from 19 to 164 employees supporting seven states.

Due to consolidation, Dispatch Department was added to my current responsibilities.Built quota, routed daily work and assisted field personnel in meeting daily appointments for installation and service of multiple communication products.Built an award winning department that worked cohesively in meeting appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Purchase requisitions for new build construction and maintenance.Paid invoices for both capital projects and expenses.Coordinated with local utility companies- pole transfers and underground new build construction and repairs.Worked with contracting partners in scheduling underground utility work and paying invoices from stated projects.Supervised two clerical employees who assisted in coordinating and accounting for Engineering department.

Supervised day to day operations for dispatch office of 6-8 employees.Responsible for setting production quota, routing of work and daily support for field operations.

Route, set quota and assist technicians in the day to day operations of cable installation and service.Answer incoming repair calls and installation appointment requests.Checked in and balanced technician and contractor work orders and money received daily.
