Head Of Atlas Product Marketing
Leadership role in complete ground-up rebuild and rebranding of Atlas technology within a tight one-year deadline. Built and managed a team of product marketers, marketing communications, and help content writers, driving focused product development and feature prioritization. Owned product marketing for entire product suite leading up to launch, representing Atlas at strategic client meetings and industry conferences. • Planned and launched Atlas brand update including logo, brand identity, website, and sales and services collateral, and creation of "people-based marketing." Worked closely with PR to develop inclusive marketing plan, and later with marketing communications on launch of the new product.• Led inbound marketing efforts for building the new Atlas, conducting client and market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, and product-market fit. Worked closely with product design, research, product management, and engineering to define requirements for the new product.• Conceived and executed go-to-market (GTM) strategy including value proposition, positioning, external messaging, internal training and readiness, contracts, and pricing from product beta to launch. Cross-coordinated and communicated with variety of internal departments, driving alignment across teams, and involving stakeholders early in the process.• Led education of third-party ad serving and measurement business and market landscape to Facebook employees. Represented Atlas and Facebook on panels including Advertising Week at the Nasdaq (“Meet the New Atlas”) and ATS New York.• Served as liaison between internal sales and services teams, clients, and the product teams. Owned external version of the client-facing roadmap, and all product positioning. Created and maintained regular updates to the field on product developments, and managed a feedback loop to product, representing voice of the customer. Drove sales' win-loss meetings globally.
