Creative Operations Framework- Built a creative operations working model from the ground up to keep up with a fast-growing team that topped out at 15 full time employees plus additional contractors.- Implemented first Airtable and then Monday.com as a project management software company-wide.- Developed and maintained an organizational system for all creative assets- Collaborated interdepartmentally to develop onboarding documents, RACI’s, and detailed process documents for all types of creative projects, trained teams on those processes, and updated them as needed.- Created templates for briefs and other recurring steps in processes to streamline execution.- Led stakeholder meetings at key points, including briefing, launch, creative review, and post-mortem, to keep projects on track and ensure constant communication and improvement. Day to Day Project Management- Planned and managed multiple successful omnichannel product launches and promotional campaigns from start to finish.- Continuously managed a wide variety of “business as usual” projects across many domestic and international channels, including: email/sms marketing, paid media campaign ads (Meta ads, display banners, connected TV, etc.), Amazon, Sephora in-store and online creative, packaging, marketing inserts, website assets, copywriting, out of home advertising.- Coordinated deadlines and timelines across departments, and adjusted as needed to accommodate changes to marketing calendars and other schedules, all while maintaining friendly and open communication with other department stakeholders.- Served as a main contact point for the Creative Team and ensured smooth collaboration with all other teams within the company.- Supported the Creative Director and Senior Creative Producer in making sure projects and photoshoots stayed both on schedule and on budget.- Reviewed assets to make sure they were on brief and complied with any special requirements.
