- Louisiana State University employees with the National Center for Disaster Fraud (NCDF) through an agreement with the federal government to work with agencies such as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General. - Assist the public on behalf of the U.S. DHS Office of Inspector General handling tips and complaints from all sources regarding potential fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement within the jurisdictions of these agencies.- Write accurate and technical reports to send to the HUD/DHS/HHS-OIG for further processing and review.- Managed a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
