It’s hard to believe I’ve been involved in the start-up world for over 25 years. Early on I spent a number of years as part of a team that successfully launched 2 entertainment companies in Los Angeles and New York. My experience nationally promoting musical artists eventually led to expanding my role to the international market. It was exciting to design and developed customized promotional programs which ultimately led to worldwide successes.Changes in the music business motivated me to try my hand in video production. I joined a small production house on the lower east side of Manhattan as Production Manager. There I had the opportunity to contribute to the success of over 10 marketing and promotional videos for the Interactive and Music Industries. Eventually this would lead me to start my own video production company concentrating on developing unique and entertaining ways to express individual family stories.Circumstances allowed me to take some time off to raise my family where during this period a wonderful opportunity brought my family to Michigan. When I was ready to re-enter the workforce I was fortunate to get an opportunity to once again be part of the start-up community. I joined Ann Arbor SPARK in 2007 and have concentrated on being a leader in the entrepreneur community for the last 7 years. In the past year I had a wonderful experience working with Court Innovations, a start up company in Ann Arbor looking to revolutionize the way people "Go to Court". Recently I joined AmyCellTalent, a new company with an innovative way of connecting employers with talent.
