Responsible for managing all HR related functions for Albany, NY and the Northern Hudson Valley. Support all business lines with respect to recruitment initiatives, employee relations issues, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits.

Responsible for marketing, selling, and staffing top talent for the bank's undergraduate Management Development Program and graduate Executive Associate opportunities. Train and manage staff to reach 2005 college recruitment objectives; hire future leaders, create bench strength, and infuse diverse talent into the organization. Develop reports and special projects, as required.

Manage all aspects of the Executive and Summer Associate recruitment initiatives. Identify, attract, interview, and hire MBA talent for career opportunities throughout the entire organization. Built and enhanced productive working relationships with senior level management and target business schools to ensure premium placement and a clear understanding of the bank. Develop strategies to achieve competitive advantage at top tier business schools and streamlined recruitment processes at the home office in support of corporate objectives.

Coordinate all logistics for Executive and Summer Associate recruitment efforts. Arrange campus events / promotions, candidate and recruiter travel, home office visits, corporate lunches, and tracking candidate feedback. Ensure information is accurately recorded in the candidate database.

Perform all recruiting, interviewing, and staffing functions for stores; facilitate counseling, development, and career planning for employees. Advocate for both employees and management in all human resource processes. Conduct new employee orientation, identify training needs, and coach managers on providing functional feedback. Administer human resource programs that include scholarships, FMLA, payroll, benefits, and work safety.
