My teaching philosophy is that each student has a unique and diverse learning demand and need. A teacher is a senior learning team member who places students in the centre of learning and assists all students to achieve. I am a responsible and capable teacher who provide the duty of care to students and design integrated curriculum and pedagogies in the learning process. My goal of teaching is to assist every student to break through challenges and achieve more. I am fully enthusiastic and energetic in education and confident to perfectly finish the teaching job.
