•Coordinate and facilitate multiple projects at different stages of completion.•Coordinate meetings and projects for the CIO and other members of our department•Create monthly sales reports with excel spreadsheets, graphs and power point presentations.•Coordinate any and all travel for the department•Responsible for all aspect of capital and operation budgets, from creating the budget for approval, to monitoring and maintaining the budget, to reconciling the budget.•Responsible for all department accounts payable.•Greet vendors that visit.•Answer vendor phone calls and inquiries.•Distribute all department mail.•Order any and all equipment, software & hardware for the department
