The experiences that have been meaningful to me over the past few years is hiring, and leading a successful team of both Scheduling Analyst and Staffing Coordinators for our team. I enjoy listening and connecting with my team while working with them to develop their unique goals through team huddles and one on one development.Over the past year our Scheduling Analyst team trialed and reviewed the software myTime, a Staffing and Scheduling program which would enhance the flow of scheduling and processing Payroll within our department and the hospital areas we support. This was a significant change to our teams to leave Kronos and move to myTime however our goal to effortlessly train while learning the systems to be able to teach hundreds of employees was a success. I consider this one our our teams greatest accomplishments. During my 10 year tenure at Methodist, Park Nicollet I have had several rewarding roles starting as a staffing coordinator, Scheduling Analyst, and a Scheduling and Staffing Team Lead. With the early stages of the pandemic it became evident that a need for a department supervisor was needed. A position was created and I moved into the role of a Staffing and Scheduling Analyst Supervisor and have enjoyed this leadership role for the past 2.5 years.
