Supply Chain Management Analyst
CurrentPrepare expense documents for each month: actual expenses, accrued expenses, post expenses in SAP, prepare payment approvals.Assist with internal audits.Assist with inventory planning and reporting.Prepare excel files to avoid invoice duplication and discrepancies.Assist in generating SOP’s and ManualsWork directly with Sales and Finance to resolve any billing/invoicing issues.Assist in projects pertaining to reports and invoicing.Training new SCM team members.Logistic cost analysis, logistics network and system optimization.Control/communicate with vendors; Review and evaluate the contracts and discount policy from suppliers.Preparing, processing and issuing export bills of lading, and responding to customer inquiries.Ensuring documentation in compliance with booking, quality, and regulatory standards.Ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, invoices and similar documentation and process.Corresponding all issues related to shipment with freight forwarders/shipping lines, factory, warehouse, and customers.
