-Own overall product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization of requirements. Customer base serving analytics, ML/AI, product, and engineering teams in Walmart Technology and Business.-Director of product management for the 3 domains(Telemetry & Experimentation, Observability, and Streaming & Messaging), directly managing a team of 15 Product Managers; managing product direction for 400+ engineers, across the US and India.

-Owned the Telemetry group’s overall product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization of requirements. Customer base serving analytics, machine learning and engineering teams in Walmart Labs & Technology groups.-Direct product ownership of stakeholder relationships, roadmap, strategy, requirements, prioritization and product delivery for 6 core product areas; Customer Behavior, Telemetry Data Pipeline/Streaming, Monitoring/Alert Processing, Notifications, Logging and Unifying the Customer’s view of the telemetry data stack.-Group product manager for the Telemetry group, directly managing a team of 4 Product Managers/Technical Designers; managing product direction for 4 engineering teams, 60 engineers, across the US and India.

-Developed data roadmap, wrote data PRDs, prioritized new asset classes, audited outsourced data acquisition efforts and directed data recovery projects.-Developed conceptual data model, data dictionary, flows and data transformations for mortgage backed securities (MBS) data warehouse. -Designed data quality metrics to evaluate and proactively identify 3rd party and internal data and processing errors.-Improved monthly data processing data quality – over a 2.5 time increase in MBS deals receiving automated approval without financial analyst intervention.

-Analyzed and tuned customer performance for dynamically served ads, onsite product and content recommendations (discovery) and email sends.-A/B testing of new product features – including creative elements, ads, onsite recommendations and algorithm selection, for inclusion into the product roadmap.-Segmented customers for dynamic advertising campaigns.-Developed business and technical requirements for customer and internal reporting system; including business logic, SQL scripting for onsite and advertising metrics.-Designed and developed the technical prototype of metrics: level of engagement (LOE), indirect attribution, ROI for onsite product/content recommendations and KPI’s for customer dashboard tracking.

Analyzed and reported on traffic and user trends for web site measurement clients; which include acting as the analytic point of contact, segmenting users, analyzing the effects of seasonality, advertising promotions, email marketing and search engine marketing.Evaluated web analytics vendors for a financial services firm and developed a web analytics POV for a CPG firm.
