 Initiated process improvements within Dedham lab by creating process and respective SOPs on receipt of, shipping and tracking of samples in Dedham labs, reducing the number of CAPAs and DEs. Initiated project and leading with support from Material Planners to get a centralized warehouse stocked and working for all sites to order reagents and consumables from, leading to more efficient stocking and cost savings. Responsible for receipt, storage, tracking and pulling of QC Chemistry and AS&T testing samples and reference materials; update receipt of samples in SmartSheet application. Responsible for arranging internal site-to-site transfers of samples, reagents and consumables to support testing requirements across all sites; maintain visibility of inventory in LabVantage system. Monitor CTU performance and move all materials for Metrology maintenance requirements. Update storage locations in LabVantage application as appropriate. Support QC Chemistry team by performing Balance and pH Meter calibrations, prepare and review solutions in supporting testing SOP’s, be point of contact for issue resolution within Dedham labs and maintain organized and clean environment
