Liaison between providers and Intermountain Homecare's Revenue Cycle. Worked to reduce administrative write-offs and obtain completed medical documentation for Medicare/ Medicaid and all commercial insurances.

Responsible for preparing and sending out documentation regarding Durable Medical Equipment for Medicare and Medicaid Insurances. Following and updating documentation from creation to billing and reimbursement.
