This position is serves as the dual role of both a school level Principal and a district level Superintendent. As a Public Charter School, we are only one school, but are held to many of the same requirements as any other school district. I work with and support my teachers in their growth while also working with the Administrative Team and Board of Directors to manage the business side of things. I am very much an Instructional Leader and am therefore grateful for such a strong team with great "business sense." We are a well-balanced group.

Supported teachers in the classroom in developing lesson plans, units and assessments. A big part of the role is also Beginning Teacher support and mentor development. The position also serves as School Testing Coordinator and that of an Assistant Principal. All positions in a charter school have many, many hats.

Designed 6-8 Math Instruction and support. Worked with at-risk groups of students. Taught Algebra 1.
