• 2010-Present: Currently serving a 5-year term on the Board of Directors with American Leprosy Missions. Volunteer activities include fostering relationships, fundraising, advocacy, and education. In 2019, stayed at Lalgadh Hospital in Nepal, the world's largest leprosy hospital, and met with various WHO, government, and medical contacts to assess and improve operations.

• 2015-Present: Volunteer for the Association of Creativity and Development of Guatemala (ACD) located in Xela, Guatemala. Annual visits have included work in medical clinics, community development initiatives, and meetings with prospective future partners. Other activities include advocacy, fundraising and fostering relationships to promote this community development organization. Most recent trip was in July 2022 and out next goals are to create an official board and a 501(c)(3) here in the U.S.

• 2010 - Present: Missions Board member of First United Methodist Church in Franklin, TN. Helped redefine the objectives and Mission Statement to create a more succinct and defined purpose within the church. Volunteer activities include community service, organizing local and international development events, fostering community relationships and advocating on behalf of various missions partners. Successfully led a fundraising team for three consecutive years to include new marketing initiatives, which raised an average of $25,000 annually.

Franklin Health Research focuses on natural health clinical trials and community engagement, providing analysis and insight towards broader health issues.

• 2011-2018: Developed an organizational sponsorship program for New Life Restoration Ministries, an African non-profit school and orphanage located in the Kibera slums of Nairobi, Kenya. In 2018, the program was taken over locally by St. Bartholomew's Episcopal church and became an official 501(c)(3). Nurtured US-based relationships and community connections.

- Managed approximately 200 international graduate students in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Graduate Studies program. Served as first point of contact with all new students during the selection process and upon entering the country. Facilitated solutions as needed for cultural differences and problems by working with local agencies or internal departments. - Managed the admissions program, assisted students and partner departments with the visa process, monitored student progress, coordinated faculty communications, managed Teacher and Research Assistant programs, assisted Registrar's office with requirements, managed student data for overall University initiatives, assisted in outreach efforts for improved retention - Created and implemented a comprehensive instructional manual for all processes, which was eventually adopted in various departments throughout the university and medical center
