My position is the FUN ONE! I work along side the community's Activities Advisory Committee (volunteers) to come up with the ideas for shows, parties and activities. Once we go over the proposed events it is my responsibility to make everything happen. Ranging from the date, time, theme, entertainment, food, contract negotiations, adhering to community rules and requirements. Issuing event flyers, communications, creating/printing/selling tickets to events. Budgeting, P & L reports for all events, deposits and purchasing of needed materials, furniture and equipment. Reviewing suggested entertainment to see if they 'fit" in the community expectations. Working/attending all events to make sure everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that may unexpectedly arise.

Volunteering at events for our Veterans. (i.e. funeral escorts, Wreaths Across America, organizing group community events to help raise support and awareness.)
