I worked in the medical field as a Registered Respiratory Therapist from 1985-1996. However, 23 years ago I made the difficult decision to leave my career and become a stay at home/homeschool mom. During those years I was able to take on contract and part-time jobs utilizing the skills I learned in the hospital environment. As you will see from my resumé my leadership skills were often recognized, and allowed me to be offered positions as a neonatal coordinator, consultant, and author of a study. My passion is in the healthcare industry. I know my skill set could still be useful even outside the realms of Respiratory Care, and it is a new career for which I am searching.
