Relationship manager for customers who subscribe to transaction processing services including eligibility and claims.

Managing projects for hospitals and physicians offices as they implement our Electronic Medical Record (Horizon Ambulatory Care). I manage all aspects of the project including the application and technical setup, reporting, work flow analysis and training activities. Coordinate resources, manage the timeline, project dependencies, risks and budget.

Managed staff implementing Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems in physician offices sized 50 - 500+ providers. Responsibilities also included addressing issues escalated from customer Executives; managing the budget, scheduling resources; organizing staff training, career path coaching, providing input to product development, serving on the change control board, and working with support staff to resolve escalated customer issues.

Management of staff in the areas of Registration, Medical Records, Order Entry, Appointment Scheduling, Patient Assistance and Staff Education. Hired, trained and managed all medical assistants for a new facility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a multi-specialty facility with outpatient surgery which had 61 physicians. Assisted with the implementation of the practice management system.
