Sage Technologies Co. is a Management Services Organization that administers fully insured health plans for 8 PHO, IPA and Medical Group clients. We have worked with various plan sponsors including: BCBS of Illinois (HCSC), Aetna and Humana. Sage provides the following services for up to 100,000 fully insured HMO members: Claims administration, Customer Service, Provider Relations, UM and UR services, Financials Analysis, Financial statement and tax preparation and support and management consulting.In my role as the Director of Finance I have full financial responsibility and reporting responsibilities for Sage as well as our IPA and PHO clients. This includes budgets, financial statement reporting, cash management, tax reporting and financial statement presentation. Sage also works with ACO's: both commercial and Medicare models.
