In my last role as the Representative Quality Assurance Auditor I enhanced the external auditing team and I have implemented continuous improvement projects. I have helped facilitate client audits and regulatory inspections while effectively performing pre and post audit and inspection related activities.Additionally, I’ve played a significant role in with Documentation Creation, Management and Control.Control and access to EDMS (Electronic Document Management System), Training Materials, SOP's, Work Instructions and Forms to remain consistent with the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety. Working with the training department, identifying training gaps and assisted in addressing and resolving training issues as well as performing training for the Training Department as needed.Conducted New Hire Orientation and all Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Training.In these positions.I have demonstrated the ability to lead, motivate, train personnel, and resolve a variety of issues and complaints. I have become accustomed to prioritizing workflows and multitasking.I have extensive experience through ISO QMS9001, ISO EMS14001 and Lean Six Sigma certifications and programs.
