As a prior mortgage underwriter and real estate broker, I have a depth of experience in the professional world, I am skillful with confidentiality, collaborative effort, working independently, punctuality, personal reputation, technology, record keeping, objective documentation and clear positive communication. I am flexible and responsive to changing environments. I also have knowledge in adaptive technology across a variety of platforms including AAC software. I have a deep interest in practicing person centred supports to those with Autism and diverse abilities to reach a higher quality of life by utilizing the skills I have obtained in both my personal and career experiences. As an example of a person centred approach, I have taught myself Spanish in order to communicate with a client of mine who was unable to learn English.
