Responsible for IT infrastructure service delivery to 100+ global Enterprise Services accounts, supervision of senior-level Account Delivery Managers, end-to-end management of hosting, software and data center operations for multiple Americas regions with oversight for 2000+ global IT delivery personnel, financial management of $200+ million P&L, hardware/software assets and vendor-supplier contracts. Also provided executive-level transition and transformation program leadership, pre-sales support and solution assurance review for corporate new business development engagements, and corporate profit and account revenue improvement, service excellence analysis and improvement, and client relationship management and consulting.

Responsible for managing and optimizing technical delivery of global midrange and mainframe hosting software and data center services, with leadership responsibility for on-shore, off-shore, and account dedicated support organizations across all hosting capabilities. Managed financial systems (P&L), cost saving-productivity initiatives, data center consolidation and IT transformation, service improvement programs, and profit and revenue growth initiatives. Led service line support of due diligence, proposal development, contract negotiation, transition and transformation planning, and delivery integration for major ITO outsourcing contracts.
