About Lori Bowling

Simply put, I love recruiting! I'm good at it and it all comes down to people and relationships. Relationships with candidates - and hiring managers. My Counseling degree has served me well in regard to understanding the motivations of others and I use that ability along with behavioral questioning to get an understanding of candidate fit and, ultimately, company success with reduced turnover.
