Develop, support and manage various talent frameworks which produce insights for enterprise leaders.

Serve as the strategic partner to the presidents of global distributions lines of business delivering impactful talent solutions (e.g., organizational design/capabilities, leader effectiveness and other talent-related strategies).

Serve as primary HR service delivery to diverse business units located in multiple U.S. locations. Partner with strategic leaders to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate talent strategies.

Responsible for compensation and benefits administration to 1700+ Florida-based employee population. Support corporate compensation programs/policies to worldwide population of 6000+ including broadbanding implementation, year-end performance appraisal, merit increase and performance bonus administration. Participate in local and national salary surveys with continuous emphasis on current market pricing. Manage leave of absence and workers compensation claims/programs, FMLA tracking, employee benefits orientation/education and open enrollment process.
