As the CEO and creator of VicteliB and Boot Camp Challenge®, I have been transforming lives and businesses in the fitness industry for over 39 years. I am an Army veteran who started my career by training over 300 troops and cadre while serving in the military. After my service, I continued to pursue my passion for fitness and wellness as a personal trainer, group trainer, fitness manager, and owner.My mission is to create and deliver programs that incorporate the accountability, camaraderie, and team ethos of the military with the sciences of the fitness industry. Boot Camp Challenge® is the result of this vision, a program that has been changing lives for 21 years in 12 states, major corporations, and app users worldwide. I am also a global ambassador for the Women in Fitness Association (WIFA), an organization that empowers and supports women in the fitness industry. I specialize in consulting and planning, business development, social media marketing, and strategic partnerships, and I have in-depth knowledge of team building, programming, and management development. I love to create business relationships that deliver solutions for small, mid, and large fitness organizations who want to impact their bottom line.
