Growing up, my father always encouraged me to find adventures and make problem solving fun. One of my proudest childhood moments was when my dad challenged me to create a working model of a car’s rack and pinion steering from Tinker Toys. It wasn’t easy and he had to buy me more tinker toys, but I did it.This love of problem solving led me to a career in technology where I found my leadership, creativity and emotional intelligence allowed me to take complex concepts and present them in a clear, value-oriented way. I've found that success comes more from being a customer liaison, showing your client the vision you have of your mutual success and coaching them on how to get there. In my 20 plus years in the industry, I’ve been lucky to experience the evolution of some very cutting-edge digital technology. I’ve found my personal strength has been in creatively putting that tech to practical use. My adaptability to an ever-changing environment has helped me stay fresh while growing my experience in both product and professional services. Through my career I've also used my skills to promote philanthropy and collaboration. This led me to my current career with the Justamere Foundation where I have been able to use my ability to connect and coach local non-profits and develop programs that can assist them in reaching their goals.
