My tenure at Williams Realty began with the Centex Homes builder affiliation in March 2003 and lasted 1 year. I stayed on with Jim Williams for almost 7 years. The last 3 of those 7 years I was an Associate Broker. I recently joined Equity Real Estate because of their office and networking advantages.

Free Flight has been my passion for the past 31 years. My teaching philosophy is based on an understanding that all people learn at different rates with different time frames. Therefor my course is designed for each individual and taught on a one to one format, following USHPA instruction requirements and guidelines.

My responsibilties included: hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing the work of 20 employees. I was also responsible for the entire purchasing, merchandising, and inventory control of all retail products. The location was a ski resort with a seasonal business. Therefore I was also responsible for the termination of almost all seasonal employees on an annual basis. My store was extemely successful.
