Seasonal full-time with the Adult Ski & Snowboard School.The essential function of this job is to provide administrative support to the Beaver Creek Ski and Snowboard School Instructors, Supervisors, Managers and the Director. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:--You will be the main resource for Instructors--Assist with hiring/onboarding process for new and returning instructors --Responsible for inputting instructor payroll, run payroll reports and distribute bi-weekly paychecks.--Manage to ensure accurate payroll calculations, payroll corrections and input.--Support Training department (tracking instructor training, help with coordination of)--Provide ongoing communication with instructor staff (enews, mailings, tracking, reports, etc..)--Interdepartmental liaison (i.e., Human Resources, BC Recruiter/TAG, Health and Safety, Payroll )--Responsible to learn and acquire working knowledge of systems (RPOS, Microsoft Office, ProConnect etc…)--Maintain new and returning instructor files--Assist in uniform and name tag procurement--Assist the Ski and Snowboard GM’s, Director as needed
