Advance organizational development initiatives, support the growth of leaders and associates, and design and implement targeted programs to address needs across the talent continuum for University, Ross Heart and Lung, Dodd Rehabilitation, Harding, Brain and Spine, and East Hospitals. Partner with leaders and teams across the enterprise to drive organizational alignment, assess existing and emerging needs, and establish programs and tools to build best practices-based structures. Facilitate talent review and succession planning sessions with institutional leaders, creating a formal process to identify high-potentials and nurture internal talent.
