Provided conceptual plans through to production level drawing sets. Coordinated internal designers and third party contractors as well as supported site team as needed until project completion. Created and maintained multiple project schedules. Provided drafting support in Revit as needed.

Created and maintained a stockplan library in AutoCAD.Updated stockplans to meet client requirements. Created site plans and modified houses to fit within developer requirements.Worked with a team to ensure fast and accurate turnarounds.

Worked with contractors, clients and co-workers to create and maintain working drawings as houses transitioned through the design stages. Frequent site and client meetings were required as the plans were modified throughout construction.
