The Skilled Trades Company is provider of skilled employees to construction contractors across the United States. As the Director of Risk Management in the Dayton, OH corporate office, I was responsible for managing all insurance lines for the business including worker's compensation and unemployment claims management in 30+ states and developing and implementing safety and loss control programs for outside employees and staff. My other responsibilities included general management of the corporate office and daily planning sessions with executive management.

Paychex is one of the largest payroll providers in the US. They offer payroll processing services, payroll tax administration, timekeeping solutions, and a broad array of human resources services. In my role as a Core Payroll Sales representative, I prospected for new small to medium sized business clients and new referral sources via phone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or local marketing programs.

BASS provided point of sale and inventory management software for the grocery industry. As an Account Manager, I prospected for new business and was responsible for ongoing management of my book of business in the Southeast United States. BASS was acquired by Retalix in September 2001.
