I am currently employed as a Marketing Internet Specialist at RigData. I research company acquisitions, reach out to new companies, and do presentations of our products at Expositions and Shows for the oil and gas industry. My time with RigData has been very interesting and I have learned a great deal of the oil and gas industry as well as marketing strategies. RigData is a leading provider of quality and timely information on oil & gas drilling activity. RigData collects and provides data on permits-to-drill, completions, U.S. land drilling information and offshore data too. RigData is also a sister company of Land Rig publications. Land Rig publications focus on the North American segment of the drilling industry, but also include summaries of international trends.

Fort Worth, TexasSales Counselor/Branch Administrator / Job duties include:I provide administrative support for the branch office including assistance to Sales and Construction with various paperwork as required. Provides assistance to Mortgage, Purchasing, Warranty, Division, and Home Office as needed. Assists Branch Manager with sending and tracking Credit applications, Courthouse Checks (CHC) and lot evaluations. Enters sales information into SAP system, and reviews all sales for completeness and accuracy. Prepares, maintains and distributes numerous weekly and monthly reports as needed. Forwards any notification regarding sales to the Sales Counselor. Assists with permitting and the clean up of sales paperwork. Orders checks for governmental agencies if necessary. Answers phones, maintains and requisitions office supplies, including forms, postage and cleaning supplies. Uses computer to access field office emails and distributes emails/announcements to appropriate office personnel; assists with mailings, new hire paperwork, etc. Distributes leads among Sales Counselors under direction of Branch Manager and maintains lead database. Completes all required training; reviews and is familiar with all policy and training manuals; performs all activities according to established brand policy. Maintains all manuals and reference guides with any updates. Coordinates all administration of the office, including maintenance of grounds and models, cleaning and overall office appearance.
